 Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the login page, click “Forgot Password?”
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click “Recover Account.”
  4. A confirmation message will appear. Check your email (including your spam or junk folder). It may take up to 30 minutes for the email to arrive.

Some links, quizzes, or course materials require pop-ups.
For Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  2. Go to Settings > Privacy and security.
  3. Click Site settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
  4. Choose “Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects” or manually add Canvas and StrongMind to your allowed list.

Refresh your browser and try again.

  1. Right-click on a PDF file.
  2. Select “Open with” > “Choose another app.”
  3. Choose Adobe Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
  4. Check “Always use this app to open .pdf files.”

Click OK.

Trouble Uploading Files? Try This:

  1. Check the file type – use PDF, DOCX, PPTX, JPG, or PNG.
  2. Rename the file – avoid special characters like *&%$#@!
  3. Clear your browser cache.
  4. Try using Google Chrome or Firefox (avoid Safari or Edge).
  5. If allowed, submit a Google Doc link:
    • Open your doc in Google Drive
    • Click “Share” > Set to “Anyone with the link can view”
    • Submit the link

 Assignments Not Showing on Calendar?

  1. Open the Calendar in Canvas.
  2. On the right-hand side, check the colored boxes next to each course.
  3. If a course is unchecked, its assignments won’t appear.
