Our Virtual Learning Coaches play a key role in helping students thrive in a digital classroom. Certified Kentucky teachers, they provide instruction, monitor progress, offer 1:1 support, and collaborate with families and districts to ensure each student stays on track for graduation.

What Do Virtual Learning Coaches Do?

  • Deliver High-Quality Virtual Instruction
    Use creative, standards-aligned teaching strategies to engage students in a fully remote learning environment.
  • Monitor Student Progress
    Track academic performance on our learning platform, analyze data, and provide targeted interventions when students need support.
  • Provide Individualized Support
    Offer one-on-one tutoring, feedback on assignments, and personalized communication to help students meet their goals.
  • Foster Connection and Motivation
    Build relationships with students and families through regular check-ins, goal setting, and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with Teams
    Work closely with school districts, fellow educators, and NHA leadership to align instruction with Kentucky Academic Standards and ensure consistent support.
  • Stay Current and Committed
    Complete professional development in virtual teaching best practices and adapt to the evolving needs of online learners.
